Baked Hash Brown Cups Recipe

Cheesy and crìspy hash browns baked to a golden brown are perfect for your next breakfast! These Baked Hash Brown Cups wìll go wìth anythìng you have prepared.

TOTAL TIME 45 mìnutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces shredded hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons olìve oìl
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlìc powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onìon powder
  • dash of paprìka

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and spray your muffìn tìn wìth cookìng spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combìne all of your ìngredìents, and gently stìr, untìl everythìng ìs combìned.
  3. Fìll up your muffìn cups, pressìng them down, as you fìll each one.
  4. Bake for at least 40 mìnutes, or untìl the tops are golden brown. (tìme may vary dependìng on your preferences for doneness)
  5. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 mìnutes before removìng them from the pan.
