Ingredients 

  • 6 Chicken Breast skinless, boneless, cut up 
  • 1/4 cup Carbalose 
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth 
  • 2/3 cup Sugar Free Orange Marmalade 
  • 1 tbs Rice Wine Vinegar 
  • 1 tbs Soy Sauce 
  • 1 clove Garlic minced 
  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 

Instructions 

  1. Start by sauteing or cooking the chicken until it begins to brown. You can use a vegetable spray on the skillet or use your preferred method of browning chicken. 
  2. Meanwhile, we will make the sauce. Combine together the flour alternative, chicken broth, and marmalade in a saucepan on low to medium heat. Next, stir in the remaining ingredients. 
  3. When the sauce begins to bubble and the ingredients are combined, you can add the chicken to the sauce. Lower the heat and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes
