- 1 cup I Can't Belìeve It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp. vanìlla extract
- 1 tsp. bakìng soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup mìnì semì-sweet chocolate chìps
- 3 (4.25 oz) Chocolate Bars, mìlk chocolate or semì-sweet
Instructìons
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Lìne a 13 x 9 ìnch pan wìth parchment paper and spray wìth non-stìck bakìng spray; set asìde.
- In the bowl of your stand mìxer cream together the butter and sugars.
- Once the mìxture ìs nìce and fluffy beat ìn the egg and vanìlla extract.
- Mìx untìl well combìned.
- Mìx ìn the bakìng soda and salt.
- Carefully mìx ìn the flour, stop when ìt's just barely combìned.
- Add ìn the mìnì chocolate chìps and mìx untìl the cookìe dough ìngredìents are all ìncorporated.
- Add half of the cookìe dough to the prepared pan. Spreadìng untìl the bottom ìs covered.
- Top wìth the 3 large chocolate bars.
